Genesis10 is in need of proven Program Managers in the Charlotte area. This is an excellent opportunity for Program Managers that have experience as leaders of major initiatives within business and Information Technology. In this role, you will have 7+ years Information Technology, Business Project and Program Management experience along with Portfolio Management and Resource Allocation. Previous experience managing at least 2 major programs across multiple divisions in excess of $5,000,000 and/or in excess of 12 months in duration is required. Program-level risk, financial and delivery management as well as full life cycle project management (develop project plan, budget through project closing) experience is expected. C-level leadership experience is a plus!

In this role, you will be accountable to ensure the accomplishment of business objectives through the successful execution of programs and projects and for designing, leading and delivering work efforts aligned to strategic and corporate priorities. You will partner with senior executives to ensure business needs are well understood, resources are appropriately allocated across all corporate initiatives and to coordinate major initiatives with business unit and operational priorities. Experience:

- Portfolio management and resource allocation experience.
- Strong ability to organize and marshal organizational resources.
- 7+ years IT & Business Project & Program Management.
- Experience managing at least 2 major programs across multiple divisions in excess of $5,000,000 and/or in excess of 12 months in duration.
- Program-level risk, financial and delivery management.
- Full life cycle project management (Develop project plan, budget through project closing).
