Description:
Genesis10 is in need of Relationship/Change Managers for a major client in Charlotte, North Carolina with strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. Workflow experience is expected along with good people skills. PMP certification and a background in Financial Services is a plus!

In this role, you will efficiently and effectively lead and participate in multiple/large complex projects across business units, product lines and business processes to handle/ensure coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts. Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects deliverables are completed at the target date. Meet internal client expectations and adhere to quality and process improvement standards set by the PI Workflow group.

Experience:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Workflow experience.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
- Positive attitude and good people skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- PMP certification.
- Financial Services background.
