Duties
- Responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements for Performance Management and Compensation applications and projects, managing one or more projects, ensuring software development lifecycle is followed.

- Proactively seek user feedback in order to improve application design and deployment.

- Develop relationship with engineering partners to facilitate product development.


Preferred skills
Knowledge of Microsoft products and strategies.

Experience:
- 3-5 years of work related experience in product management, including business requirement documentation and data analysis required.
