Description:
Genesis10 is seeking a Junior Project Manager for a major financial services client in Richmond, VA. Will manage a team of 15 or so and will need to be a strong manager with investigative brokerage background. The is a 6 month contract with hopes of becoming a full-time position at some point.

Responsibilities:
- Coordination and completion of projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and/or organizational span, including sub-projects of larger, more complex projects.
- Oversee all aspects of projects.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
- Prepare reports for project status.
- Adhere to standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques.

Experience:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have investigative brokerage background and strong managerial experience.
- Solid brokerage operations experience and have a Series 7 and 24 plus other brokerage office management experience.
- Investigative analysis experience is a must.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 2 to 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of office products to include MS Project.
