Ajilon is currently looking for a User Experience Designer to support our client in a long term project. Please note: we are not seeking graphic artists or web designers for this opening.

Responsibilities:
. Translating client goals into user-centered designs for websites, web applications, e-mails, printed materials, and other media
. Analyzing audiences, tasks, user data and web analytics
. Conducting usability studies and reviews
. Creating and presenting wireframes, process flows, information architecture, site maps and prototypes
. Guiding writers, graphic designers, web developers and software engineers
. Creating design guidelines and sharing best practices.

Experience:
Required Technical Knowledge/Skills:
. Bachelors degree in human-computer interaction, cognitive science, computer science or design, or equivalent work experience
. 3+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role
. Demonstrated experience designing usable websites and web applications, conducting user research, and using web analytics to inform design decisions
. Strong analytical and visual skills and in-depth knowledge of user-centered design techniques and best practices
. Proficiency in design tools such as Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, AJAX and understanding of technical considerations
. Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with clients and developers
. Experience with content management systems, search engine optimization, and accessibility requirements preferred
. Must have samples of user experience design work
