· BS/BA in computer science or related field
· 7+ years of related work experience
· High degree of design & implementation skills in 2 or more of the following areas: C#, WCF/Web Services, XML, Business Tier components, Security, Privacy Issues and/or experience with OLTP design and development
· Good SQL Knowledge.
· Knowledge of WPF is a Plus
· Extensive object oriented development experience
· Excellent communication and written skills are desired.
